Model Model 3/4 Invisible Part Wig/U-Part Wig Yunessa

Purchased this beauty from one of my favorite online wig shops DivaTress.com!
This unit is a 3/4 wig with a U shape area and/or closed 0 area so you can achieve a natural invisible part or closure if you want a bang. This wig is in the color 1b, around 16" long, natural loose curl/tight wave, has 3 clips and 1 long comb, 100% futura fibers so it can be curled or flat ironed at 400 degrees. Coupon Code: NewDiva10 for new shoppers!

So, of course Ive been been rocking this unit sense I got it and I must say......It doesn't last long AT ALL!!! Wore it for about 1 1/2 weeks straight up and it tangled and became very frizzy! I wouldn't say its a bad wig simply because it never became "ragedy" looking! I just prefer the define look over the natural fluffy look. This wig may last the average wig wearer no more than 2 weeks!

PROS: Gorgeous style, U-Part wig style, gorgeous natural curls, true to color, very soft, drawstring for secure fit, snug fit on head, lightweight, confortable, full, nice density, easy to blend.

CONS: Tangles, Frizzes a lot, mattes at nape, mattes to drawstring, my hair gets caught in back combs, sheds, wig starts to detach from cap.

Rating: 7.5

Will I purchase again? Yes simply because it resembles a weave instead of a wig!

MyLaceWigTrend.com DeepWave Indian Remy Human Hair Lace Front Wig

This unit was sent to me to review from MyLaceWigTrend.com! All opinions and suggestions are 100% honest! If you feel an misunderstanding, please contact me! If you are interested in this or any other unit from their website, please use my coupon code to save $20 "ALICIA" (without quotation marks) Expires June 30, 2012.
I was sent their lace front unit in the color #2, 22" long, deepwave, 100% Indian Remy Human Hair, 130% density, baby hairs around the perimeter, adjustable straps in the back, no combs, light brown swiss lace, natural hairline.

So, Ive been wearing this unit for a little over 3 weeks now! Still going strong! However tangling and shedding is a little over whelming...However, conditioning it made the hair not as tangly so definitely incorporate that into your wig care routine! This wig is still in wearable condition. Will update again once hair is no longer wearable.

PROS: Very soft, gorgeous deep waves, decent fit, soft lace, okay amount of parting space, pretty style, gorgeous #2, great value.

CONS: Sheds a lot, tangles, lace starts to look a little frayed, no combs.

Rating: 8

Will I purchase? Yes, however, I would like to try a different style!

HairFinity Journey

So, Ive FINALLY started my Hairfinity Journey! I am super excited to see the growth that I will obtain if any! I purchased a 6 month supply on HairFinity's website! I will be updating this blog post periodically as my hair grows! I will also let you all know if I run into any problems with the product!
What the pill looks like?
The pill is your typical silicone/gel coated horseshoe capsule. Easy to swollow because it doesn't dissolve on the tongue right away plus being coated. The pill is quite big like your typical daily multi vitamin! Here is a photo of the pill in my hand.
As far as Side Effects, I have experienced anything but the obvious which was a bit more shedding than usual. However, my shedding has minimized since I started my Garlic/Olive Oil pre-poo and Black Tea Rinse regimen. Since then the shedding has subsided and my hair is growing out even better! For tips on shedding, check out my YouTube Video On Shedding!

So, Here are photos of my hair growth Journey! I will be updating each month, so come back often!

Classy Signature Virgin Malaysian Remi French Wave Weave

This hair was purchased from divatress.com This hair is 100% Virgin Malaysian Remi weaving hair in the style french wave, which is similar to a loose deep wave pattern. I picked up this hair in a color #2 which is a natural brown color. I constructed a U Part wig using this hair (check out my video if you're interested in seeing how I made this wig) multiple lengths were used ranging from 12-14" and 14-16". 3.5 packages of hair were used to create my style.

This hair has a fairly simple grade of maintainance! All I do is comb the hair with a wide tooth comb, then spray with water to help revert the waves and tame the frizz. I did run into a issue with the ends being a bit dry and dead looking, but with the help of Google (Lol) I came to realize that the cuticles may be particially detached and/or facing in the oppisite direction. With a little argon moroccan oil, it can help fix that problem, I just ended up clipping the ends eventually.

Ive flat ironed a small section of the hair to see how well it will go straight, and I couldnt get it as straight as I wanted it to be, it was more like a loose body wave when I got done with it. I plan on buying some sort of silkening treatment and retry to get straight results. Ill be sure to post pictures of my results from that.

The wefts on this hair are pretty sturdy! So sturdy that I coundnt use a standard curved needle to go through the tracks, that basically ensured me that any shedding would be very minimal, which thus fan had proven a point other then first time uses with the hair.

So far Ive yet to wash the hair, as I didnt want to effect the overall apperance of the hair, I plan on washing it after I flat ironed the hair, to see how well the hair reverts back to its original wave pattern and overall texture.

Measurements:
12-14"-
14-16"-

Pros: Soft, easy managable, minimal shedding, strong health sheen, naturally reverts waves upon wetting, low maintainance.

Cons: Shedds a lot upon first time uses, tangles at nape, dead ends, may not be 100% virgin hair, frizzes after breifly combing.

Isis Collection Red Carpet Premier Yaky Weave

This weaving hair was sent to me to review from Isis Collection. I received this hair in a color number 1 and 1b. The length of this hair is 16-18" of layered, yaky straight human hair.

I used 2 full packs of hair to make an "U" Part wig unit, thus leaving my hair out around about the parting area.

I am extremely particular when it come to longevity and maintenance of hair, and I am very much pleased with the quality of this Isis Collection hair.
After using this hair to construct my U part wig, I begun wearing it, mid February. With great maintenance, co washes and hair care, this hair has lasted me approx 2 months of continuous wear. My recommendation is to try very hard to avoid getting product onto the hair other than holding spray, it can make the hair look stringy, clingy and dirty as with all extension hair. Also, 3 packs of hair is recommended if you desire a more "fuller" appearance.

Pros: Very soft, natural shine and luster, easy to untangle, minimal shedding to be expected, very flow-ee and has body and movement.

Cons: Does NOT hold a curl, the longer the hair, the thinner it becomes, noticed excessive pieces of colored thread through out the wefts.

All in all, my experience with this hair has been pretty good! The quality is much like remy hair, but reasonably priced. I would indeed recommend it!

Vivica Fox Lace Front Wig Olivia V

This wig was purchased from MimiBeautyLine.com
So, This wig is about 24" long with layers, very loose beach like wave. Very messy appearance. Futura fiber, so it can be curled at 300 degrees. Around 3" parting space.

So, this wig didn't last very long before it started tangling and matting together. Id say, all in all, it will last you around 2-3 weeks at the most. HOWEVER, this unit does have the "messy" look, so it is very easy to detect.

PROS: Very soft, true to color, nice fit, decent amount of parting space, nice density, full, pretty style.

CONS: Tangles a lot, mattes very badly at the nape, synthetic shine, hairline not the best, starts to look stringy after a while, lots of shedding, hair straigt around the hairline instead of wavy.

Rating: 5

Will I purchase again? No, Not my favorite. Cute style, but too many no gos!
